Frequently asked questions
- How does Abrasel NDP handle privacy and the LGPD?
- Abrasel NDP adopts technical and organizational measures to support the secure handling of information. In general, your regional acts as the Controller of its data, and the platform acts as the Processor, as set out in the Brazilian LGPD. Everything is recorded in an audit trail and access is governed by granular permissions.
- Does the AI use our data to train public models?
- No. The information sent to the AI assistant is not used to train public third-party models. Data is processed only to run the contracted features, in line with our Privacy Policy, and the AI configuration is centrally managed.
- Does it integrate with Teams and WhatsApp?
- Yes. There is native integration with Microsoft 365 / Teams for calendar and for the recording and transcription of meetings, and with WhatsApp and email for notifications and sending documents such as the minutes. Availability depends on the contracted plan and on each platform's rules.
- How do I get a demo?
- Access is handled through a demo. Our team shows the platform in action and recommends the level — Chapter, Regional, Regional Plus or National / Network — best suited to your operation.
- Do the digital signatures have legal validity?
- Yes. Signing uses the PAdES standard, with bilateral counter-signature (more than one signer, in order) and official validation by the ITI / Gov.br. The minutes leave the meeting nearly ready, follow a review and approval flow and end up digitally signed on a letterhead PDF — no printing, no notary.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. The platform works on both desktop and mobile, so a director can enter a travel expense from their own phone, on the spot, with a photo of the invoice, and approve or sign pending items from anywhere.
- Does it support multiple regionals and consolidation?
- Yes. The platform is multi-regional, with a National, Regional and Chapter hierarchy. The level above consolidates and reports on the levels below: the National level sees regionals and chapters, and each regional sees its own chapters (report roll-up).
- Is everything auditable — who did what?
- Yes. Every action is recorded in a full audit trail (who did what, and when), and every document moves through a clear approval flow by defined stages, with no skipping steps. Each person sees and does only what their role allows.
